1. Abstract Submission Requirements

• You must be a member of the JSCB. If you are not a JSCB member, please apply for membership beforehand.

  If you are already a member of the JSCB, please complete payment for annual membership fee beforehand.
• You must complete Pre-registration before the abstract submission. In order to submit an abstract, you will need to enter pre-registration ID (LOGIN ID) which will be sent to you automatically upon completion of pre-registration.
• You can be a presenter only once (one paper) but can be a co-author of other papers.

2. Guidelines

• Download the abstract format (MS Word) and send it to the meeting secretariat together with a confirming PDF via email (ab-jscb2020[A]icongroup[D]co[D]jp( Please change [A] to @ and [D] to . )) or submit it through SSL system. The system is operated in Japanese but you can submit all the information in English as well.
• Abstract should be less than 2,312 one-byte characters including title, author(s), affiliation(s), and body.
• Confirmation including submission ID will be sent to your registered email address in a few days.
• If you need to edit your submitted abstract, please send revised abstract by email. You cannot edit your abstract after the abstract submission deadline.
• If you would like to withdraw your abstract, let the secretariat know by email. You cannot withdraw your abstract after the abstract submission deadline.
• Notice of acceptance / rejection will be sent to you by email in the end of April, 2020. We recommend you to register email address other than free email address. The notice may not be reached you successfully if you use free mail address.
• Presentation style will be poster presentation only.
