1. How to Register
Please register online by clicking the button on the end of this page. You will receive a confirmation email including ID and PW. The ID will be necessary for abstract submission.
You can only register onsite after the pre-registration deadline.
2. Payment (Pre-registration)

- Please note that all the bank transfer fee should be paid at your end.
- The registration fees can not be refunded for any reason.
- Pre-registration will be automatically cancelled in case your payment can not be confirmed by May 1, 2020.
- We only accept cash (JPY) onsite.

4. Banquet
Banquet will be held on Wednesday, June 10 at the meeting venue.
5. Name badge
Your name badge will be sent to your address in Japan if you complete registration and payment by the deadline. * Please note that we cannot send it to the address outside of Japan. In that case, you can pick it up onsite.
