How to register
- Please register online by clicking the button on the end of this page. At the first time, please click “Sign up here” and proceed to the registration (and abstract submission process if needed).
- Once you register your email, you will receive “Email Address Verification” from support@gakkai.online. Please confirm and click “OK” in the email to proceed.
- Please select “Participant” if you will not submit an abstract (Participation only) at the “User Role”.
Please select “Presenter” if you will submit an abstract at the “User Role”, and submit your abstract through the same system.

Payment method
Credit cards or Bank transfer
Bank transfer notes:
- All the bank transfer fee should be paid at your end.
- Bank transfer can only be chosen during “Early registration”.
- If you pay by bank transfer, we will take about a week (Japanese bank) or more (International) to confirm the payment and reflect onto the system. Meanwhile, you cannot proceed the procedure for abstract submission.
The registration fees cannot be refunded for any reason.

Program and Abstracts
Program will be available on the website in Mid-June.
Abstract will be sent for free for JSCB members.
Receipt and Certificate of attendance
Receipt can be downloaded from “My Page” after payment.
Certificate of attendance can also be downloaded from "My Page" after the meeting.

Abstract Submission

Once you login to https://jscb.gakkai.online/, you can submit your abstract from “Dashboard”.
Please click “Click Here to Submit Abstract of a Presentation” button.
All the presenters must be a member of the JSCB.
If you are not a JSCB member, please apply for membership beforehand.

If you are already a member of the JSCB, please complete payment for annual membership fee beforehand.
Please choose either General abstracts (7min. presentation + 3min. Q&A) or General abstracts (12min. presentation + 3min. Q&A) at the “Presentation Category”.
We will ask you to give a talk (7min. or 12min.) online live or submit presentation movie through the system by noon (JST) on Wednesday, June 16, 2021.
You can edit your abstract through the system by the abstract submission deadline above.
If you would like to withdraw your abstract, please let the abstract submission desk know by email including your name and abstract title by the abstract submission deadline above.
Notice of acceptance / rejection will be sent to you by email by the end of May.
