- Plenary lectures, symposia and workshops will be held in a hybrid format that can be attended both on-site and online, however, some talks will not be available online.
- Free papers (posters / part of Workshops) will be presented on-site only and will not be available online.

- The registration fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason.

- Late/On-site registration fee can only be paid by credit card online or cash at the registration desk at the venue.

- Undergraduate students are required to submit a copy of student card and a reference from a supervisor. Please merge those files into a single jpg or png file and upload into the system.
